Love how you are always so raw and real with everything that you share. You never know when you share how you much you might be reaching out and helping someone else who watches your video. Life is definitely challenging to navigate ones way through. Journaling is definitely powerful and very therapeutic. Ewwww snakes..... The very thought of them just makes my blood run cold.

Glad you are doing okay, and I think it's great that you are sharing your mental health struggles. We all struggle in our own ways, and I can relate to the power of writing. Even if it's something that I tear up later, it just helps to write.
