Interesting to see how greasy tongues are. I was rather expecting them to dry almost like jerky. Love this channel ,keep it up all three of you :)

All duck is very greasy. Every duck I have ever cooked has been overly greasy. Even when there isn't a lot of visible fat.

I didn’t think tongues would be that greasy although, admittedly every duck I’ve cooked has also been very greasy
