you should just say in simple english that 4NF is at most 1 multivalue dependency, so from BCNF --> 4NF you go from many multi value dependency to 1 multivalue dependency. k thx bye
primary key itself means no null values and no duplicates. But in your example there are duplicates in your keys and you say them as primary keys and again you say them that they violate 4nf how could it be possible
