Great see the Tintswalo males again, magnificent boys sitting back to back like two bookends. Beautiful sighting, as was the Imbali pride, those sub adult males are looking so good. Thank you Tintswalo.

That's a lot of lion mouths to feed! The lionesses must be hunting daily, maybe several times, to feed a pride of 24. They're in good condition, which is amazing! It speaks to good conditions, experienced lionesses, and a lot of hard work.

@@geraintthatcher3076 Tintswalo boys are not all that confident at this stage. Red Road needs to hold out for another 2 years for his kids to grow out. Not sure what happens there.

There could have been some epic footage starting at about 5:58. I don't know why the camera man zoomed in on MChile before panning out. How often do you get two lions perfectly posed back-to-back atop a termite mound??? He eventually pans out and we get a couple of seconds before they go to a different scene.

That’s a terrible idea lmao. The sons are pushed out to avoid inbreeding. And lionesses will kill females not related to them. What you’re basically suggesting is that the roles should be reversed and nomad females should seek out coalitions of males rather than the other way around. Which is obviously a horrible idea.

The Imbali male was seen a few weeks ago with 2 Talamati lionesses It's possible that he could be looking to take over that pride.
