    What should one do if there are multiple points of pain?
    I have rheumatoid arthritis and sometimes I have pain in multiple places.
    I'm looking forward to trying this algorithm no matter what. Thank You for sharing!

      What an excellent question. Before I answer, I am sorry to learn you live with chronic pain and want to commend you for seeking alternative/additional methods to support your wellbeing. You can do this in several ways. You can either focus on the area of your body that is in most discomfort, or you can do several catharses on the body. I will do a composition specially for you and for those who are living with chronic discomfort in multiple locations of the body. I wish you well and many blessings. XOXO
