Love your passion for teaching! Thank you!
Great video! It answered almost all of my questions. The only question remaining is, why is it so important for Parkinson’s disease drugs to be giving at specific times with little to no goodwill time? Does it have to do with the effective time?
I love the way you you teach I think your are the bestest teacher in this whole world 🌍
Omg thank you!! I take my PANCE in a few weeks and your videos are so good
I’m grateful for your existence, you do matter & we appreciate u
Hello, I admire your job well done, it is very helpful for all of us! I watch you regularly and learn new things! Thanks!
I'm doing a doctorate! I am looking for a connection between impaired understanding of human language, more precisely decoding, in patients with Parkinson's syndrome! What can it be, and where does it come from?
Help!!!
Be healthy and happy 🙂
Very informative. Learnt a lot even as a geriatrics doctor. Perhaps include apomorphine in the drugs? Confess I love your explanation so much I don't want to go back to the books for that!
Finally All concept clear 😌Salute to your Passion and Strength. Love from Odisha.
Be healthy sir 🙏 we really need you
You are a saviour .Thank you zach🔥

I remember voting for pharmacology videos many months ago. I don't want to complain but I relied heavily on you to passing anatomy and now that I'm in pharmacology I'm gonna need you to hurry up 😜 . We did Parkinson medications last week 😞
So helpful. Thank you! ❤
You are awesome teacher, Man... Thanks for everything
As always another great video.
Wife recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Been doin a deep dive into high does of B1 (thiamine) for treatment. After adding it to the treatment made a huge improvement over the meds (Rytary $$$$$). Would love to see a deep dive into why/how this mechanism might work. Most doctors don’t know or haven’t heard of this treatment. Obviously no money to be made on a vitamin.
Thanks again for you dedication.
That would be a great topic to cover!
Love this❤❤❤❤Need more! Excellent Teacher.

Thank you for this video!
Hey guys,i have a question and i would appreciate any help.
The cholinergic neurons ultimately have an inhibitory effect on the motor activity of both the direct and indirect pathways. In the video, Ninja Nerd mentions that a tremor arises from overlapping activity of the direct and indirect pathways. However, if both pathways reduce motor activity, it doesn't seem like there would be a contraction of the agonistic and antagonistic muscle, which is what would lead to a tremor. Do you understand what I mean?
So do you know if I may have misunderstood something, or how else does tremor occur? Also, Rigor would be illogical if motor activity were reduced, but we do have Rigor, just like Tremor, in Parkinson's disease.
Thank you! Best wishes from Germany
God bless you in the ways you do not even imagine!
I can't thank you enough for this video 🙏
You're just awesome ❤
Thank you so much for everything❤

thank you so much sir, may god bless u
Nice video. Helpful and informative
you are a great human being
Great teaching process👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
the best teacher ever🌹
A quick question...does ADR's in brain happens due to excess dopamine? as dopamine cannot cross BBB and if yes, then how does ADR's happens in mesolimbic pathway
Great question. Any drug that increases synthesis of dopamine, prevents breakdown of dopamine can be utilized in dopaminergic pathways in the brain i.e mesocortical or Mesolimbic pathway etc
I comment for you before I watch the lesson because I’m sure you are great
Love love your videos. Thank you
thank u so much for this video zach 🥰
Antiparkinson's drugs and hypnotics vids are on time, if only the antipsychotic drugs are on the list it would have been just geeat
great job!! Thank YOu!!
Thanks a lot for your work! What’s confusing to me is that i thought colinergic neurons were interneurons in the striatum
Excellent video.
