In the new UI, the NTP service setting is under Settings > System > Advanced. But I have to say, I still miss the much more intuitive old layout of the old UI.

You ask in the video if we would be interested in a video explaining the different client implementations of ntp in different operating systems and I would really like it, mainly because Apple has a proprietary implementation and I would love to know your suggestions. I am also interested in the video about DHCP Option 42 suggestions for the NTP protocol.
Thanks for the suggestion, but to be honest, many times that’s exactly I wanted to avoid purposely. I am more interested in discussing about “how option A works and how option B works differently”, instead of “which option is better”. In my opinion an option is there for a reason, and to write off an option I need to prepare a matrix of pros and cons, plus a scoring system. I guess it’s due to the fact that I make a living by “providing suggestions to other people”, so I am tired of doing the same thing in my videos :D Go back to this particular video, some people want simplicity, so they don’t bother changing the dhcp option 42; while others prefer the consistency of time cross their devices, so they may consider the option 42. And in reality, the usefulness of dhcp option 42 is greatly impacted by the fact that almost no major operating systems support it out of box. So it’s really hard to provide reasonable best practices in this case.
Dude, more homework before making videos eh.... NTP settings are not hidden, they are in plain sight. SETTINGS > SYSTEM > ADVANCED third of way down, untick AUTO.
