Bayern ist not going to be that easy though as they don't have a real striker. Dortmund however has many very young and talented players and depending on the database Omegadad might get some real value out of Bellingham
What about a Leipzig vs Dortmund instead. They seem to be on similar footing and it might be a good challenge to see who dethrones Bayern first.

As a possibly interesting vs idea, take decision of which vs clubs out of your hands and let fate decide. Use a random generator to decide which league, and then which clubs you both manage in and see who does better.
