Reload really opened my eyes, Junpei is absolutely the best of the bros or at least tied with Ryuji. He is absolutely ahem "DA MAN"

until now the movies always had my favourite version of the scene but reload does it so well and I love the added visual of Medea and Hermes becoming one

Honestly I love the buildup in the movie, Chidori and Junpei's fight gives me extra feels to the whole thing. Imagine if Reload lets us fight a non scripted boss Chidori as Junpei solo, that would've been crazy. And then, with no warning whatsoever, Junpei was on the floor bleeding as Chidori makes up with him just a second ago. I've seen people shocked that Takaya shot Junpei instead of Chidori, imagine if there was absolutely no indication of a gun getting ready to be released. Love the added shock value the movie give, but that might be my personal preference.
The only thing that I didn't prefer from the OG is Chidori's death ngl. Actually showing Jin's fighting skills is cool and all, but idk I didn't prefer it overall. The sadness kinda got drained away from all the action, although the blood stain and Junpei leaving his jacket behind for Chidori was a cool touch

If you think about it, Junpei is the only character besides Igor who managed to fuse two completely different personas. Yes you could argue P5R has this, but the evolutions are still somewhat related to the base.

Yeah, i mean in p5 it's all counts as they're own personas and not like two separate differents persons like igor and junpei did, so it's more like evolution than fusion

So i realized in the og ver junpei didn't fuse hermes and medea he just give a rise to trismegistus but portable adds the fuse thing which made everything makes more sense because junpei seems to be the only one who get very tired after the awaken his persona

I thought Junpei's VA did a really good job when I played the original, I really wanted to know how he would sound during this part of the game in Reload, and holy shit, not only did Junpei's new VA do so damn well, but Chidori and everyone else's voice acting, the cinematography, the added lines, such as Chidori mimicking Junpei's heartbeat, Reload really masters sad scenes like this. God, I love this game.
