Remrem i was told by my landlady from "ilu oke" that they also cook banga soup. She told me the name, but i completely forgot it's been 14 years now. Please do you know it? If you do, how is it prepared? I have cooked my tribe version "Urhobo", i have cooked "Igbo" version, i have cooked "Efik"/"Ibibio" version, i have also cooked "Edo" version. I would love to try the "Yoruba" version, too, please 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@esekate4370 she’s absolutely correct. It’s called obe eyin. Eyin is palm fruit in yoruba. I’m still working on yoruba soups so I’ll bring it soon.
Please only eat organic “kóró òwú” and only eat the species ‘Gossypium herbaceum’ which is native to Africa. Cotton is the most spread food in agriculture. The glyphosate that they spray on the foods can obliterate one’s gut microbiome (i.e. gut microbiota) causing all sorts - e.g. Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), colorectal cancer, celiac disease, ADHD, bloating, inflammation, àti bẹ̃ bẹ̃ lọ.
