Great video as always. I would really like it if you could give a little more information as to why you think they have the issues they have and what they could have done to help prevent them in the first instance eg sitting correctly, pillow height etc. Also any advice you give in regards to exercises and stretches to help aid their recovery would be interesting to hear.

Ring dinger for reaction, Palmer diversified rotary break for sound. Editing this comment as I go along. I wonder could she have done with the knee chest adjustment since her lower spine wasn't so easy to move? I'm pretty sure that stomach pull would bruise my belly. I sometimes bruise from insulin injections so something as intense as that adjustment would most likely bruise too. She has plenty forward range of motion on her head but, even after the adjustment, not much range tilting back I notice.
Hahaha I love that Gregory knows that they're called trolls and just to ignore them! They may just want the attention of being addressed in a video though, which you are giving to them so just be mindful of that because all trolls want some kind of attention. That's why they do what they do ;)
