I found out how long ago from one of the chiropractors where I'm at I have a missing vertebrae on my l5 s1 I wonder if you've seen that before and x-rays Dr Johnson
That's called a transitional vertebrae. People can either have an extra Lumbar vertebrae which takes on the characteristics of the sacral vertebrae or they can have 1 less lumbar vertebrae like you. You'd need to work on increasing flexibility since you have 1 less vertebrae which would result in more stiffness.

@@FroRogan yeah and you know what my whole life I didn't even know I had it I've been scanned and x-rayed every which way and nobody ever told me until just a couple weeks ago and I've been to chiropractors most my whole life and flexibility is a difficult issue with also having cerebral palsy but I will definitely work on flexibility thank you again

First of all that coccyx adjustment looks invasive but at least the doc apologised as he acknowledged it isn't the most comfortable one. Secondly I think I could do with that stomach adjustment but if I was in her position I'd worry that that area would bruise easily.
