Love the idea of the first ride after the tune to see the owners reaction to the difference. You should keep that going.
Yes should do wit all peers after a PFI tune. But I know u said sometimes the ower dnt want to or sometimes it's to late

@@034G63EVO I'm about to to hopefully buy my first 1G on monday. It's a 91 5 speed 113,000 miles 1 owner. It's my ex gfs bosses car and he finally wants to sell it. He's asking 3k you think that's pretty good givin its rust free and mechanically sound? I haven't looked at the car in person yet but its spotless in photos.
@@TheSmorze If its mechanically sound and in decent shape, Yeah I would pay that for sure. Hell I bought my first DSM back in 98' It was a 91' and had 96k on it.

This hit's home. The happiness of the first pull in a boosted car after it's tuned is a feeling like no other! I smiled hard at the end when the owner was making that pull! Reminds me of the first pull in boost I had in my car after 3 months of building the hot and cold side after my full time job and installing the megasquirt in it. Hard work paying off is right near the top of the list. The only happier time in my life besides finally boosting my car after wanting to for 19 years was my children being born 15 years ago! Keep on keepin in everybody! Dreams do come true with persistence! This video is gold Brent! Love it! Show us the owner doing a pull more often. 🤘🏻👌🏻

Just bought a 1992 tsi awd out of guys garage where he parked it in 2006. It’s got a Dsm tuners sticker, also a slowboy racing sticker on the window hahaha

10 bucks a month for CZcams red is the way to go man. They automatically get the ad money as if you watched them but they never pop up.

Hey I just bought one on Friday that was adulterous owner and tuned.... in 2006 when he parked it. We pulled the plugs changed the fuel filter, new battery and it fired and ran. I’m doing a full maintenance now on it

I love all the DSM content popping up on the channel. I have a galant vr4 im getting close to finishing, with basically the same set up as this car. Seeing those numbers gets me pretty excited to get mine done. Good job Brent, keep doing what you do. You're the man!!

A good friend of mine had a 1991 Eagle Talon back in 1993. He bought a used 5 speed tsi , it was fun watching Camaro and mustang owners eat dust!
Actually really good power at that altitude for an hx35 with the small bolt on hot side. Brent you some kinda wizard 🧙♂️

As a kid (I’m 34 now) we stayed away from dsm’s cause every single person i knew who had one had nothing but problems. But one of the fastest cars I have ever been in is an awd eclipse! Got this one is gorgeous

Nice Forced Performance turbo intake pipe and exhaust manifold. I wish there were more products like that when I had mine. Back when I was active in the DSM world, there was a guy who's screen name was "Jumper" cause he was a paratrooper as well! That's definitely a beautiful car.

I sure miss the ones that I had. My Buscher car ended up at 500 hp AWD, and my Al Blaha Talon had more than that running 10 second 1/4 miles all day. That was all 20+ years ago.

I loved these cars when new. This particular span of years of Laser and Talon had the bad ass blacked out gloss roof. Fairly compact with near bullet-proof DSM engines (duh). What a car here...perfect. Red, white, or blue these look killer.

I miss those cars so much. Cars just don't have the same power plus compactness plus visibility plus maneuverability as they did back then. Miss the 90s.
Had a jdm cyclone motor in my gvr4..those things help low end spool and torque..such a nice build.
Cleetus now has the Freedom Factory and you have the Smile Factory. That man has a permasmile because of what you do.

Love my 1g 92 talon. I sometimes forget how fast it is on slippery winter roads putting around taking it easy. Then u get a warm day and dry roads and bam that power hits u at 15psi roasting all 4 tires in 1st gear. Pure joy.

I've been a v8 enthusiast my whole 25 years. I've never been a fan of 4 cylinder cars. Or even Jdm in that matter. Till my buddy took me a ride in his eagle talon 1g dsm turbo auto. And holy fuck that thing is fast. It was easy as fuck to drive as well. This car made me want a 1g talon. This car is gorgeous.
