i was never celebrated, or told i’ve done anything good, or literally anything by my mother and i feel it still sits with me today. i feel bad for existing. or speaking. or taking up space.
Watching podcast like Andre's and other amazing motivational speakers (Garrain) is the best way to learn about yourself and improve your life. BetterHelp is the least way to get help. When I was younger I met with several therapist/counseling and it didn't get me anywhere. I'm sure these therapist are good people but most of them do not have any knowledge of what these motivational speakers talk about. Its been a couple of years that I started listening to probably 50 different podcast on CZcams and it has changed my life. I'm now writing an inspirational book that will help people know themself and others.

Wow, such gold here. I resonate to the core with raising kids consciously. My husband honors me and I have always felt secure with him. With this security I have flourished into my best version and my kids get to witness our calm love. I absolutely appreciate hearing a man's perspective on this

This man is on the ball with our children. I was just talking about this today with a teen. This guy is a teacher. Love his message. We have to change this cycle of pain and turn our joys into our fountain of youth. Stop with all this bad news and feeding it with crime shows. Yes there is light/dark yin and yang but we as a whole always see the bad over the good. It has been show over and over. You can do 30 good things but the one bad all notice gossip and don’t let go. Even oneself hold it over them self.
