Hi mam,
ആദ്യമായാണ് vedio കാണുന്നത്. 2 ദിവസമായി എത്ര തവണ കണ്ടു എന്ന് പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല. കാരണം ഐസ് ക്രീം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിനാണ് repeat ചെയ്തത്.
ഒരുപാട് vedio കണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഈ vedio നോക്കിയാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. ഇന്നാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്. അടിപൊളി ആയി തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. പറയാതെ വയ്യ Supper ടേസ്റ്റി ആയിരുന്നു. വീട്ടിൽ ഉണ്ടായ മാങ്ങ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്.
ബീറ്റർ ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ മിക്സിയിൽ ആണ് ക്രീം ബീറ്റ് ചെയ്തത്.

Collect cream of your boiled milk daily in the freezer, we can use it. Just whip it . Much reliable than whipping cream in the market.
