There's a lot of learning and you get to work with people from whom you can learn a lot. Policies on leaves are decent. Decent work culture and lots of everyday learning on different domains. Really good clients to work and no work on weekends.
Returning to offices can be stressful or comforting. depending on personal attitudes and office environment.
