Grew up in the US south and as a teen this was a common thing. I've slept in my truck bed a few times, sometimes stone cold sober. As for the guy on fire there is always some drunk idiot that thinks it's a good idea to try to jump the bon fire. I've never seen it that bad but I've seen plenty of pants on fire.

Hoping you will check out the country a cappella group Home Free. You have covered a lot of the artists that they have covered. “Man of Constant Sorrow” is more bluegrass than country but it’s a great introduction to the Home Free guys. Or earlier this year they did a cover of the classic “Delta Dawn” with Brooke Eden. For pure country fun, “Hillbilly Bone”. Just depends on your mood.
