Hi FRED just watched your video sorry but I'm only just watched this now, because I was out with some friends and the football, 2.1. it's a shame that most of these radio's just won't Go down to the 20 megahertz so we can just have a listen, because that would be great for us, working somewhere with the radio on just listening for maybe someone calling you, or just plan enjoy ment, anyway FRED great show again mate.ps got my ARIEL up and been trying to swr in , and yeah it's one of those , got it down to 1.9 . like you said in one of your videos, we can get a bit over the top on trying to get 1.1 . But even for me that's just pushing it, right sorry for the big read , take care of you and yours Alan, CT/CT4870.💯👍

Thanks Fred for the Orange display model of my Green Display Zhiwhiz A320. I found its MW reception was quite good considering it is like you say a novelty radio.
It did get me into MW DXing again with the MW nullification is surprisingly good which helps with a strong and weak station on the same frequency. I wish the Raddy RF919 would be able to scan on one band only like my ZhiWhiz A320. The Raddy RF919 should be able to have a choice of every EQ setting like the Zhiwhiz A320.
I have used my Zhiwhiz A320 as a PC SDcard reader/writer which increases its functionality, plus built in flashlight.
    73! Have a great day!

Does nothing that the XHData D808 does a lot better for the same money, bit of a gimmick really that seems to be styled on 1970s portable radios such as the Panasonic and Sanyos.

18:00 There is a huge solid chunk of metal in there. To give it weight and 'gravitas'? or to enable the Bass? Either way I think it helps :-) 20:45 I can get that 1458 poorly, You must live nearer than me . It is a shame about MW's demise and also the rise of 'the chinese' on SW. This radio is good fun when you are on your tods' in the middle of nowhere :-) 21:50 If the radio can pick up an Airport's weather reports then you can get the rest, if not you'll get nothing usually. 13:30 In order to record you need to be able to write to the card, Phones can do that but why should a bargain radio? I think your conclusions are correct in general, I'd certainly be pleased with it as a gift for messing and learning. _.._ :-) I keep mine in the boot of the car next to the spare wheel in case of emergencies.
