I actually enjoyed 95% of my races here. I used the 911 but mixed it up with the AMG 2020 and the Viper a couple of times. You speak of aggression , id say in most cases the bumps are accidental or racing incidents and a simply apology and thanks cured any issues. I inadvertently bumped one driver, he was constantly top 3 and this bump caused him to finish maybe 6th, I apologized and he tells me no you are not sorry, I tell him I race with him for 3 days in a row and wouldn't do such a thing on purpose and he accused me of doing things constantly (I have 90% clean race finishes in trial mountain at this point)... I guess some people take this stuff way too seriously. Thanks for the eye opening video.
I get what you mean. While I do think videos like this do help in trying to discourage the deliberate stuff and try to educate people that this kind of driving isn't right. I do feel like a lot of people (youtubers included) jump to conclusions a bit quickly sometimes.
If this was top level racing in actual gt3 cars with a grid of world class drivers it's a bit easier to hold them to a higher standard.
A random daily race b on GT7, online where any number of things that can cause issues.
I do feel slightly discouraged myself when I see youtubers posting videos of random people where they haven't shown the slightest bit of aggression all race but get one breaking zone wrong and immediately get branded a "dirty driver"
Clearly not the case here but I have seen it quite a few times.
100% agree with you on the short races creating overly aggressive behaviour. The obsession with hard tyres doesn't help - 5 or 6 laps on mediums would improve the race no end!

I've taken a rest from online dailies. It's just a wreckfest last 6 months. I just can't race with that type of racing. Ironically when I was using my alternate account which was B dr I found those lobbies much more clean. Once I got that up to A dr the carnage returned. I see the odd remark after a race but it seems pretty much acceptable to push a player out the way. For me the best period was at GTSPORT when it was super strict.
My son is only 18, but the Captain on Norways team in Nordic Masters. He is a fantastic driver, but Moore important, he is a fantastic person.
I have given up playing sport mode on GT7. Tired of being smashed out of the way ... tired of being the only one trying to race clean. It will never change.

mikemimie was weaving quite a bit when he was in the lead group. Most of the contact in the early race was created by him not holding a consistent line. He may have had less control over his ramming than you think. He may have been targeting the guy behind you, and simply miscalculated his weave and hit you instead.

I am legit putting in the hours to get to A rank because I never took the driver ranking seriously enough. I'm 20% there. I hope I don't ever have to encounter these types of drivers 🤦🏾♂
I don't bother with the daily races just because the penalty system is just so very useless... I actually find cleaner racing in the paddock system tbh. I always use the nurburgring paddock, and its tons of fun racing against each other in small groups... then getting back to the start and switching up cars. hopefully they'll work on improving the connectivity for the paddock, because its brought new into the game for me.

Short races do nothing but fuel aggressive driving, there is no time to recover and make up spaces after any kind of delay, basically the driver in first place on turn 1 of lap one will win the race unless they are punted off or make a mistake and go off.
Some observations.
The yellow Porsche looked to be having connection issues.
Where the Porsche took you out and then in your mind instantly rage quit, how about an alternative suggestion which you wont like. Maybe there was a connection issue and the driver was not actually in control of the vehicle at the time it hit you, due to server desync ? This would also explain the apparent rage quit.
8:31 he did get pushed/hit by that driver earlier so I can't say it was totally undeserved. Still not good though. Definitely not Kimi level though.

Was bad enough on this track last week, this week they have rewarded the dirty drivers with Monza chicane and Grand Valley. I'm just not bothering to yo yo again from BS to half way back down CS due to these waggle thumb idiots that have mastered the art of a gentle punt at the brake point or the inside gentle punt wide avoiding penalties, PD seriously need to remove assists as a start. I'm avoiding dailies this week. Funnily they provide race A where dirty drivers can then go and raise their SR and do it all again 😂😂

At not 1 point in the whole race did you have your radar on mate its all your fault
I always have the radar on but this video was made from replay footage, so it doesn't show the radar, it always defaults to the track map for some reason.

Dead eye….. Can you make 1 short video with highlights of good races instead of only doing short videos to complain about other drivers? I get it but you come off as a big whiney baby. Entertain us and focus on good experiences in the game not just the bad.
