Most assume they share. She's slept in his apartment a bunch its not far fetched
Wel technically they don’t both live there u can only find Kate in shield substation zero social space that’s why he used Kate to talk to Hawkeye rather than have Hawkeye talk to Kate like everyone else cuz she doesn’t regularly appear on the chimera
Kate sleeps in Hawkeye’s room and Clint sleeps on the sofa

A year later, I still don’t know where Hawkeye slips.
When Clint said that sloths have good eyesight he was wrong. They are blind in daylight, and they are also completely color blind. Everything they see is shades of gray. However they are able to turn their heads 270 degrees so that may be what he was referring to.
