It’s really not needed. Clint is VERY good at reading lips, even through masks.
I think Thor is just being thoughtful in his own way

All this personality loaded in these optional conversations. Why can't the writers figure out how to get this sort of comedy or bonding into the actual story campaigns?
There is all of that in the story, drama, banter and everything.

The only person I could see it being in this universe is Steve. MAYBE Bucky but I have no clue what his status is in this universe currently. And it’s implied that the last time Cap saw Bucky was when he was frozen(or before). Also this is just my observation so don’t take it as fact but Nat and Steve seem to talk a lot more privately than the others. All in all I have no idea lol.
