Ghanaian PHD is respected in developed countries don’t let anyone lie to you. Even BSc is respected and accepted abroad you just need WES to evaluate your credentials.

Nepotism and Politics are winning over educational cert. 2nd- The GES who brought this ideas stop/limit/reduce exams malpractices may hold at least a degree, master or PHD. Is this a solution to stop exams malpractices? I am always in support of PHD over them passport, but the solutions from this Higher educational cert holders are too wack.
Instead of improving educational quality for all public schools so that they are able to write and do as well their counterparts in the private schools, look at how they(GES/Ministry of edu) are fooling
