Having a large variety of dishes you can choose from, for me you have to have the pork ribs, eggplant, Vietnamese eggplants in fermented fish paste, and chicken and rice to really appreciate this place.

Bibo- Yes, you may remember here, but with seafood so good it was definitely worth the second trip. This time for a hot pot special to Phan Thiet and Mui Ne. I will be honest, the hot pot by itself wasn’t as special as I thought. However, when you order other things along with it is when it truly starts to shine. No matter what, make sure to come to Bibo for some of the most delicious seafood in this area.

Max, gotta say, you have become one of my 2 favourite CZcams channels for a couple of reasons. You keep it real, you haven't let your success get the better of you, you are still respectful to the restaurants / vendors. The way Max eat is as Vietnamese as it gets. Like, there's not one drop of American in the way he eat; he doesn't skip on the pungent sauces, he knows how to mix his ingredients, he knows when rice is good...man, you'd think he grew up with Vietnamese or something.
This city, Phan Thiet is my grandfather's hometown. Its people is the reason why I love this city beside the weather and beaches. They're incredibly friendly and hospitable.
Your video has just popped on my recommendation, and man, at first I thought it is just another foreign CZcamsr who loves Vietnamese food. But man, you are always down to try new things and you eat a REAL local people (not just eat in places that are famous). The way you talk about the flavor sounds very honest and not overacting. It made me feel actually relaxed and exciting to watch you enjoy things we eat daily normally. You have just got a new subscriber!

Món mắm chưng gồm : Thit heo bằm nhuyển + hành + tiêu mắm linh nấu nhừ ra ,loc nước ,bỏ xương cá ra rồi trôn với thit heo xay +trứng vit , xong rồi đem chưng cách thủy ,sau đó khi chín rồi ,đem ra cho tròng đỏ trứng vit tán nhuyển ra đổ lên trên măt cho đỏ đep hấp dẩn ,không cho trứng gà vì màu không đep như trứng vit ,rồi rắc tiêu bôt lên trên và sau đó là : ĂN .

I am so glad to see this video of you. I am Vietnamese and cx travels a lot but I have not had all the dishes in my country because it is too big but the food is not just one restaurant that can make all its spices but the restaurants. has different flavors in their own way so I recommend you don't eat one and enjoy it one by one (🇻🇳) :)

This guy is more Vietnamese than a lot of Vietnamese. Some of the dishes (mắm), not every Việt dare eat because of the strong taste and smell.

Món lẩu cá thì tôi thấy cá khoai rất ngon. Món cá kho thì cá khoai , cá dơi cũng rất ngon. Ở các nhà hàng họ ít khi có món cá kho vì nấu khá lâu và cầu kỳ.
I was borned in Nha-Trang (next door) to Phan Thiet. I left for the US in 1981. The food in both of these city are similar. Man, you are eating my childhood dish.

Cơm gà là khi nấu cơm ho để con gà làm sach vào trong nồi cơm nấu với cơm luôn ,chứ không phải nấu gà rồi lấy nước nấu cơm không ngon và hôi nửa.
