@@oscarcyber3308 what do you mean by not as developed as ncr? What is there in ncr that is not in cagayan de oro. In a limited scene cagayan is like ncr only in terms of infrastructures such as tall buildings. What distinguish cagayan from ncr is its natural resources such as hills and mountains, plains and valleys seas and rivers. In other words, cagayan has which ncr does not have. These natural resources make cagayan more liveable and attractive than ncr is. And the best asset cagayan has is its people, friendly people and willing to help you, to lead you to your destination, and guide you when you are lost. You rarely encounter these kind of people in ncr. Instead of guiding you, people there lead to nowhere. Also people here in cagayan do not discriminate even if you are tagalogs or from the north. Unlike people in ncr. They are the brown version of racists or white supremacists. They looked down of filipinos from the south or the bisaya which attitude exposes only their ignorance of the culture, progress and status of the bisaya. Oh yes the taxi drivers here in cagayan are honest and charge exact fare and return exact change. You cant say these of the taxi drivers there in ncr.
