No Healing, Full Stagger - Stellar Blade Demo Boss Challenge 4K

- I've been having fun learning some more stuff about the combat in this game!
Here, I just wanted to get a good clip showing off what it looks like when you stagger an enemy (reduce their Stability to zero). You then get the opportunity to do a "Retribution" command move which deals a nice chunk of damage to shields/health.
The sonic grenades help by knocking off 2 stability per use, but interestingly, if the boss is in an uninterruptable animation (when it's replenishing its shields during the transition to phase 2), the grenades do NOTHING! (1:33)
I equipped both Beta Charge gears for a 14% bonus, because the 2nd hit of our L1 + Square attack hits for 1 point of Stability.

IKR? I really like how stylish and brutal Eve's QTE's and finishers are. And, the fact that this game emphasizes the risk-reward system with parrying building BE's, it looks to me that beating a very hard boss in Stellar Blade will feel VERY satisfying. Not to mention the soundtrack is great so far. 😊👍😎❤🔥
my main problem with combat is the camera angle. sometimes it locks on to the enemy with R3 and sometimes it doesnt. Seems unresponsive. So there were a lot of times where I just couldn't see my opponent during combat without rotating the camera manually with the right stick which wastes time/can leave you open to getting attacked. Any tips? I tried a couple settings in the gameplay menu, but didn't seem to do anything.
Also it’s like eve is MAD slow, like i feel like if she was fast like the mc in sekiro this game would be INSANE
@@nightnblade4348 Try the Speed upgrade in the Menu, It speeds things up quite a bit. It’s not Sekiro fast, but it’s A lot better 😊

Hey Bliss, why do so many players seem to struggle with parrying in this game?
Hmm well, I haven't watched other playthroughs but I'm sure with time anyone can pick up on the timing. I must have like 10 hours of play at this point but I still miss parries all the time. ALSO, there is an exospine that makes perfect dodging/parrying easier but I haven't really messed with it so I can't comment on how much it helps
