The stock oil pan gasket is notoriously bad, if you need a new one don't bother with an OEM, get one with a metal core.
VTEC solenoid gasket commonly leaks too, cheap easy fix tho.
Taillight gaskets commonly leak.

I currently own 3 integras, yes you are hearing the tires but it’s louder due to a lack of sound deadening, it’s a common issue among most 90s hondas and isn’t just from the tires themselves
