Yeah true only... but pls tell them correctly .Mostly Airport lounge is used for First class and Business class passengers....Those who have card as she mentioned if there is place in lounge only they will allow you inside following the procedure. If they have continously flight passengers they will ask you to wait for sometime or say No place to sit. If you have enough time you can try or you miss the flight. Only the card holder can enter for others they charge Rs.3500 to enter.

All you said was right except, all Visa cards don't offer lounge access and all master card don't access lounge access. It also depends on bank for number of lounges they provide to customers.
