As a kid I idolized Kurt. Then he died when I was 9 years old, and he was forever 27. Now I’m 38 and I realize he was just a young man with his whole life ahead of him. It wasn’t too late. It could have gotten better. He needed help. I wish I could’ve been there as friend.

Whoa, weird! I thought I was the only little weirdo kid who listened to Nirvana. I’m a year older than you so I had listened to them for about a year and a few months before his suicide, when I was 10. No one else I knew but me and my friend listened to Nirvana in third grade, lol. Her dad was going to take us to a show (she got to go!) 😭 but my mom wouldn’t let me. To be fair, I was 9, and my friend’s dad was 100% a heroin junkie. But honestly, I was way too young to understand. I just thought he was a nice guy who worked too hard or something or maybe had narcolepsy because he’d fall asleep all the time, in the middle of conversations and shit. I still blame my mom to this day though for missing out on the experience, lmao.

A few months later I found out from an older girl at a work experience job that Kurt had died a few years before, I was absolutely gutted! I've never stopped loving Nirvana and Kurt Cobain! It does not give a buzz therefore it cannot be used to avoid drugs. it does not take away deppression in any way. it does not take away any kind of addiction. on the other hand there are a few drug detoxes named "subutex" and "methadone" And another drug detox named "Buprenorphine" And lithium HAS NOT AND NEVER WILL be used as a drug detox. It is not an antidepressent. It is a natural drug that all people have in their bodies. including you. belive me i've been eating lithium for 7 years.

@@fruity_vic4118 officially he did yeah but there are strong rumours his wife had him murdered... a suspicion even a private detective she hired herself thought was the case. There is a documentary somewhere on CZcams about it and it is very convincing in saying how he was murdered and also 'why' she had him killed. And it makes a lot of sense. There are many ppl close to the situation who also think she was involved.

91' was a great time to be alive. The music was phenomenal
probably overthinking and over-relating.. but it's probably a decade since I've been taking lithium, and other meds too... but the lyrics make sense for me, I liked this song as a kid but now I can understand the lyrics.

resuming... like the lyrics, you can't really feel stuff, no feeling is really deep you know. everything is kinda... bland...
And it's toxic, so I need to keep doing blood tests to the the lithium level in my blood, I still use it because I didn't adapt to any other meds, but I strongly don't recommend it.
