Don't be afraid to make these episodes longer, they're great. Anyone complaining about the length aren't real car enthusiasts.
I agree too. Much longer would be nice. Not enough in depth videos like this 👍
Not too mention not enough content on the gc8. So from a gc8 fan and owner yes please more videos!
Any fan of project binky would have no choice but to agree with this. 40 minute episodes are great! Especially when the content is amazing.
Yes longer for sure, we have had a few P1s in Australia that been restored, all were rusty, sandblasting and painting over thinner metal not so nice, replace anything bad, parts are hard to find for the gc8 now.
Yes way to short to be fair
That 22B! You DEMON! **cries in WRC**
*sees 22B*
_cries in American_
Beautiful car, keep up the work!
First time I've set eyes on this channel I can see ill enjoy this channel alot 👍👍
That little collection! That's my Gran Turismo garage right there, I've dreamt of that since being a teen... some ££££ worth sitting there these days.
Super envious she’s needs so much love, the satisfaction bringing a car that’s on its death bed back to show room condition nothing like it 👌
That 22B sitting by that evo 6.5 gives me the feels ✌️
That room is some jdm royalty right there
That Fujitsobo mug is dope
Fun fact.. 22B in hexadecimal = 555 in decimal.
I still miss my old Mk 1 Turbo 2000. I loved that car - every drive felt like a special stage.
Before worring too much about the sills you realy need to check the upper panel in the strut tower in the rear... if you see corrosion in the outer panels when removing the rear seats you got issues inside the rear panel going from the "trunk" to the door opening... you can see it from inside the car or towards the outside inside the strut towers.
If the seamsealer is dry and/or gone it's rust town... only good option then is out with the rear quarters if you plan on doing it propper
My new favorite series
Cool..
Loved the 22B, Evo VI TM and the white 32GTR...
Anyway, worried about the P1 interior and electrical wiring..
Estimate probably 6mths to 11mths to restore.. and make longer clip..
This man's passion and enthusiasm for these cars speaks to my soul on a spiritual level. God bless, mate.
Cilinder number 4 :P And it's cooling. Simple solution. Cilinder 4 cooling mod from RCM :)
I’m 41 as well and while I’m sure nostalgia plays a part, there really are so many legendary (and dare I say beautiful) cars from the 90s. I’d love to have one of each! I really doubt the naughties and teens kids will have anything important to lust after when they’re 40.
felt like it was 30 seconds long, got me on the edge of my seat. KEEP EM COMING
Keep all the Koeniggseggs, Zondas, Bugatti. That is pretty much my dream garage right there. I'd sell a nut for them
Slap an FD rx-7, R3 rx-8 in, and I'll sell both nuts
@@KartsAgainstHumanity a Mazda cosmo 20b, pajero evo, there's plenty 🤣
@@chappy2121 indeed. Original cosmo too
@@KartsAgainstHumanity add a lancia delta in there and a cosworth 👌
More and more please 👍👍
Heaven of scooby. Look forward to seeing this project. Love to own one and learn what to look out for. Look forward to learning more about the RB22 too.
That 22B - its a legend!
I know why you keep those cars in a white room! Spludge all over. I'm also a kid of the 90's, love this.
Love your channel. Subbed! I can't believe how quickly cars get eater in the UK
I watched episode 1 and 2 of this series with my partner who isn't into cars and we both commented on how well put together your videos are - great presentation, informative and likeable personality, quality filming etc. Keep up the good work 👍
Thanks!
My sentimental exactly Kieran. I'm the lucky owner of one of the 22b prototype's, 000/400

Really enjoying these. It's great to see you guys have the time now to make the videos you want!
From a 2019 customer from Northern Ireland (4.5B DC5R), part of the dream coming true on collection day was the pleasure of getting to see some of these legends back at the previous unit. Glad to see you're going from strength to strength!
Truly the best in the business at this.
All the very best,
Tom
can't wait to get to it
As a P1 owner, it's heartbreaking to see a P1 that much corroded. Looking forward to your hard work ! Good luck !!
So sad the legends are just for show and display now days. Would not mine at all to drive one of those every day and use they full potential. Keep up the good work on the P1.
Using the full potential would pretty much land you in jail😂
Please make these longer 🙏 more in-depth the better.. I’m just trying to get my self well enough to start my restoration on my WRX STI type R version 5 that hasn’t moved since I fell ill 5 years ago. Keep up the great work 🙌
Cylinder 4 is the troubled cylinder. Love the content! Keep up the great documentation of the restoration!
Really enjoying the video gents and the fact the P1 features is a bonus. I had a P1 poster on my bedroom wall.
Great content and very well presented. I'm subscribed and hungry for more. Subaru parts are so expensive and as far as I know the main stealers are about the only source?
The 22B is gorgeous and so very collectable now.
Thanks for watching!
As someone that was lucky enough to own an imported Evo II GSR back in the 90's that legends room is perfection.
Modern cars may be faster and more refined but as you said a fan of rallying can't buy a modern road car version of a WRC car, Yaris GR kind of an exception but not quite. Back then you could and they will always be special for that reason. The same reason the Mk2 escort is so popular today as a clubmans rally car and road car prices are now crazy.
Looking forward to this 👍
Great vid. Who are the 6 clowns who disliked the video? The vid kinda says exactly what it is. P1 strip down 🤷♀️
I have a 2000 impreza and i'm planning to buy another one soon.
These episodes need to be longer my friend! It's too exciting for just 10 mins
Ahhh man love this. I agree with another comment here, which said, make the vids longer and more detail. . Keep up the brilliant work. Much love from South Africa, cheers
wow that was great! my toes curled seeing the cars in the room out the back 😍😂 excited to see more episodes on that project.
Glad you liked it!!
I'm so keen to see more on this! My only complaint is episodes should be a bit longer, but I know sometimes you can only film so much etc. I was lucky enough to drives a friend's GC8 STI v5 a while back. Car was stock bar some brakes and suspension changes, and oh my what a drive and experience it was. Snobs will turn their noses up at them because of the image classic imprezas typically have here, but myself I couldn't care less about salesman Deano in his 118d. Proper drivers cars these!
7:55 my eyes!! 😵🔥
I’d love a 22B - what a dream car
Ooh a 22B. The Holy Grail of Subaru Impreza's
Brilliant
I had a P1 for a couple of years- only car I wish I'd kept. Never see them out there now but then they are 20yrs old now. Lovely video, btw. 😎
Excellent pacing of the video. Slower pace but to the point (love it)... I'm really enjoying these videos partially because I can relate to the host and his passion. We never had turbo Impreza from the 90s and early 2000s (in USA) but I still have my Bugeye RB in the garage. 😉
Glad you enjoy it!
Thanks for your post. I am a car geek and love this sort of stuff.
@@danbarruffo7743 It's great stuff. The way this guy does his video seems naturally charismatic which makes it 10x easier to watch. Sort of reminds me of Bob Ross a bit.
That be me with the beard on screen. Thanks!
@@danbarruffo7743 haha Awesome! Good to meet ya.😁 👍
Great episode. Extremely jealous about the "Hall of Fame", these are in fact true JDM road warriors! Can't wait for a detailed video about 22B :-)
As a former owner of a couple of Impreza’s this series is fascinating.
as still an owner of 18 years this is more than fascinating!!
I nearly bought 1 back in 2000! Ended up with an RB5!! just couldn't insure the p1!!! I love the old classic shape its still my bucket list car!! A UK 22B!! IF YOU CAN GET 2👊💥👍
NICE🦢!!!!
Had one of these here in NZ, and the local Subaru specialist (not a dealership I might add) said that what kills these engines is always the inability of the cooling system to do it's job properly. Ended up selling mine, but loved my time with it. Heaps of fun
Top work man love ever second of your projects. Get on the phone to subaru dealers good chance some of them have P1 old stock parts. Working on a 2008 Legacy at the min and my local subaru dealer 'eastwoods' have been very helpful with parts and advice. Greetings from Ireland 😎
Love the oceans 11 style music
Excellent walkthrough, loved seeing those legends. And please continue to keep on making this content 🙏🏼 I'm sure many others will agree
Blinding video fellas loving the restoration project. The P1 is one of my favourite models always wanted one. I have a 2000 Turbo V4 love it!! Keep up the great work lads!
I am loving these video's,👌👌👌
just a little hint, when you rebuild the engine dont forget the no4 cylinder coolant mod it's a must...also as other's have pointed out longer content would be nice
Fantastic videos guys. Been a long time fan of TGT since the mid 2000’s and my S15 days. Can’t wait to watch more videos!
This channel is going to be huge I think..
The P1 came with aircon? Learn something new every day :)
Excellent! Really enjoying these videos and I look forward to more!
wow wow what a line up
Really looking forward to this series 👌🏻
You're a natural presenter! I have my 22b prototype, one of 3, on its way soon for a makeover..
pk
Thanks and good luck with the resto!
Going back to the engineers who built it in Banbury. Should be interesting..
22B!! nice bro
I’m soo excited!
You have the most calming voice. Just saying 😁😂
🤣🤣 not sure my kids would agree!
just discovered this channel and it is fascinating keep up the good work cant wait to see more vidoes of this impreza
Subscribed!! Can't wait to see the build and the 22B👍
Can we have more detail on the tear down. Plenty of other videos on 22Bs. Thanks
great show mate i am a subaru owner need to know everything about them my 2001 SF GT Forester is a cool car love all the subaru`s and easy to do a lot of work yourself !
i agree with BSfunk44 - 30 mins episode is perfect
These vids are very well done, keep it up and you'll be getting the recognition you deserve for the effort.
Subscribed, waiting for more
I’ve got a 05 sti that needs some love so looking forward to this series.
Just found your channel, great stuff guys! Also, amazing collection! 😍
I'd recommend Deep Creep by seafoam penetrant spray for the bolts, etc.
Great video. Love that 22B, super cool car. Cheers
Keep up with this content, it's superb. Tiny bit longer wouldn't be a bad thing either 🤘
Good gravy how do you fellows have such a master collection? Marvelous, really.
At 30 own a 96 obx 2.2L pushing 380 to the wheels and my daily is a 00 2.5RS mostly stock. This channel find has been a godsend for my interest in the 90’s era vehicles. Hasn’t been a good made car since.
Awesome!!!
Make them longer pleeeeeze
Normally dont bother my ass commenting on things but great work and great presentation.
Inspiring me to go 22B tribute on my build. Just not pumped on all the fiberglass required. CF is way out of budget, sadly.
Nice!
Like ur vids
Subscribed, got a very similar car myself, in need of an underbody restoration
I enjoyed that do love a scooby
Great video new sub looking forward to seeing what you do with the car I’m starting my Subaru build too so will be good to see what you guys do and maybe get some ideas 💡
I think you meant cylinder no 4. That's where the problem usually is
Thanks
Alfa Romeo were doing it first with the Sud and 33 , the handling was incredible.
holy shit walks thru a door into the garage of dreams...you need tissues by the door
These need to be 30min ep's atleast.
I used to owen and tried to bring it back to the US when I moved back but was going to be very costly but I loved that car and honestly considered not moving back to the states because of it
Not much info. Just shows how rusty that chassis is. Cylinder 4 has over heating issues due to coolant route not 3
Ohhh cherry blossom aaaah
Id love to have one of these someday, not sure if America got them though.
22b definitely an holy grail car n fetching silly money now 🤑🤑
I'd give half my organs for that 22B. 😛
Here Here Longer episodes please and more detail
You should number the videos 👍
