I watched many Top Gear episodes like 10/15 times but with Grand Tour, I have not rewatched many episodes. The first 2 seasons felt a very scripted anyway, whereas with Top Gear even though it was scripted, you didn't notice it as much.

Quite possibly THE best season. Road works, building limos, the southern US special, the Reliant Robin space shuttle, tractors and James driving the Veyron at top speed. Not to mention a great line of guests including Jemery's crush Kristin Scott Thomas. Absolute peak television.

The good old improper and real Top Gear! Yesterday I was watching Discovery Turbo and suddenly hear the Top Gear intro and found it was the new Top Gear. Never watched it before so I decide to give a chance to it...the level of disappointment isn’t possible to be described. What a waste of resources and an hour of my life that I will never recover.
