My little one started stage 3 swimming tonight, she is only 5 and was really nervous, new teacher and a deeper part of the pool, but a little boy in the year above her at school recognised her and held her hand until she felt better, so adorable, she had a brilliant time and is eager for next week, lockdown has had such an impact on our little ones, hopefully she will feel confident with her new teacher soon, we need to be gentle with them as they spent so long locked away

I had an overactive thyroid and it took 8yrs of treatment to slow it down it's amazing how something as simple of a thyroid can throw you're whole body out of wack I hope you are ok x
Ok, but probably my favorite part of this video was the family tidying 🤣 I love the teamwork!!! The boys have grown so much!
Can relate to the not being able to relax! So proud of you for looking after your own health though, many busy parents forget to do just that... Also loved seeing the boys help tidy up, I've just started that with my little one and it's great fun teaching them these life skills! Love your videos x

I do love the pink maybe a lighter shade. But on camera the second looks more like a lavendar grey which I personally like. But either way I think you should do more girly colors. Glad your doing well. I think after winter we all get a little thicker in middle. I know I have for sure. Thanks for sharing. 😊
Wow impressed you can get the whole family in on the clean up I never managed that with my children ! So many areas with looking after our health but good that you are aware of this area . You have a very busy life probably why you find it hard to relax for sleep pamper yourself a little before bedtime after you have done for the boys , take care x
I would do one wall pink and the other walls with the grey in the middle. They look lovely together.

So funny, I was just about to ask about thyroid! I have Grave’s disease. Many many women have thyroid issues and don’t know. If you are suddenly weak, having major mood swings, etc, make them check your thyroid. It can even make you hallucinate! And it can be life threatening. Many women have been misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder when it was thyroid, and they do not check it automatically, you have to advocate for yourself. ❤❤
Yes I do have it from last 5 yrs..palpitation..my heart becomes so angry and mood swings every single minute..I do have hyperthyroid because of graves disease. Dr have decided for surgery but I am so nervous.
@@natashamam875 I have been on Tapazole for a long time now-it works for me, but surgery may end up happening eventually. The radiation scared me! Either way you are on some med for life. I hope all goes well for you! You will feel so much better once it is in balance!
I think you should go for the light grey colour for the office wall as you will obviously have pink flowers, and other accent decorative items with pink and gold maybe. Grey is always a safe colour.

Oh I love that your painting eggs. We do it as a tradition in Lithuania, the day before Easter we would boil and paint eggs. Then eat them on Easter! ❤ It looks very cool when you paint a design with clear wax on the eggs, and then put them in the dye.
I like the 3.greenish grey ❤ it will be great circle with the downstairs bathroom and also with bar cabinets.

For the office top choice is 1, then 3. Think 2 would be a bit dull so would be nice to have a bit of colour somewhere!
I love all of your videos! Please consider sharing more about your struggles/what has helped with the Endo and Adeno. I have Adenomyosis and it is awful. Office should be pink! 💕

Pink!!! 😍 and yes, the middle one is grey 😂 the bottom looks green. You can balance the pink with white curtains, thick white skirting and architraves and white furniture with pops of green decor accents

Hi Emily. Enjoyed your video as always. 🙂. With regards to your paint colours in your office, the grey is gorgoues, and I think an office that is grey would be lovely. Use the pink on like the window sill or door frame, or even make your door pink - you know like Monica's door was purple in FRIENDS. Or you could paint a pink "stripe" around the walls. I think Pink & Grey together is amazing.

Omg! I am literally in the middle of painting my bedroom all 1 colour, woodwork, walls and ceiling! I'm doing Valspar 'woven cashmere' it's a really nice luxurious pinky grey colour. Painting this way must be a fashion lol.
You can totally use that middle colour on the walls and go for pink accessories!! (and yes, it looks grey on the screen 😂).
Also, that health check sounds interesting! It’s definitely something I’d consider. I don’t like to take multi vits as such. Just vit D drops and a separate zinc tablet with breakfast. Then I use a magnesium spray on my legs and tummy at night. I find it hard to relax and also sleep because I get restless legs, but the magnesium spray really does help. I buy mine from Harrogate Organics and it gives excellent results xx

Hi Emily loved this video but just had to tell you straight away I’m 63 now and past the menopause but during my late forties I struggled with the peri menopause and was put on the Mirena coil.It was amazing but definitely made me put on a good stone .After I had it removed when was post menopause I immediately went back to my normal weight xx

The Grey but take it down a share or two and because it will work in the long term. Then, accent it with pink.

i love the family cleanup clip!! That is definitely gray and I prefer the darkest color.
I usually don't tell anyone how to paint. But since you asked. I think pink halfway down then light and dark gray striped on the bottom would look good since you're a pink girl. Jackson is adorable. The eyebrow move was right on. Emily do you still have endometriosis? If not I want to know how they cured it. I have never heard of anyone being cured except having a hysterectomy. I was so bad by the time I was 30 I had to have a hysterectomy . I hope you don't. Kiki looked so cute in her purple clothes and mud 😊. God bless you all. 💙🙏💙

Hi Emily! For good night sleep 😴 I recommend this: It helped me. When you go to sleep, tell your brain You have done enough today, there's nothing you could do more today. All is done, and all I can do is go to sleep. Every time when taught comes about something today or tomorrow or your past life. Just say in your taught thank you for coming but it's not the right time, there's nothing I can to now about it. I have done everything I could today, and I'm proud of myself. Then, take extra deep breaths. Count to 10 when you breathe in and count to 10 when you breathe out. Do this as long as you need. With breath out, give all your worries to the stars, angels, or to nature, maybe some special tree. Then relax your body with your mind. Think there is beautiful 2 sun ☀️on your feet and they come to relax you. Think they relax your feet, your legs, your upper body, and so one to the head. Then give these 🌞 to the Angel's when you are done. Before you go to bed, you can take Valeriana Forte supplement made of valerian. It is calming, relaxing, and promotes sleep. It's natural in my country use from ancient times for people who need to be relaxed and calm, and needs a little help for that. It isn't a sleeping bill or something like that. It relaxes your body. Also recommend good night tea ritual before sleep and very beautiful dim light in your bedroom and sometimes good night music 🎶 In time to time I use them all. I have made even a video about it. How to fall a sleep fast 😴 Come to check my video about it if you need. Good night sleep is essential for mental health, and yo be calm during the day. Thank you for sharing your thyroid problems. I loved the family speed clean! I'd love to see more. I miss cleaning and foodie videos. Also I like pink, but it's a bit too pink. I personally cant stand grey. I moved into a house and all the walls were patchy grey and the landlord said I couldn't decorate. It was miserable 😂 the sagey colour was nice though.. classy in your classy house 😉
Please don't take note of oestrogen levels as these change from day to day and morning to night. Sometimes when you cant sleep at night you may need oestrogen

Hibemily. I have under thyroid and b12 deficiency but I get pains lower right abdomen. Been having loads of tests etc how did you get endometriosis diagnosis because I'm sure that's what I have xx
I had the same issue on my latest blood work - too much B12 from supplements and my doctor advised that it’s one that your body doesn’t flush out of your system. I didn’t know that until it showed up so have stopped taking it in addition to my multivitamin.

I have too low B12 and have had some jabs. I had hyper parathyroidism but had an op for it.

Hi Emily, if the room is going to be your office, I'd probably prefer pink - I'm assuming the furniture will be mostly natural wood colors. Is the pink that dark or is it just me? I personally would like it much lighter.🤗
