You should have the siren be manual, so you can be a lax when unobstructed, but sit there with the siren blaring at traffic.
To help devs you could use the same mechanic used to emulate engine noise.
Feel free to make a mod that does that. Or link one. The message alone isn't helpful. To my knowledge, no such mod exists, and probably for a reason.

Curious if in the near future the server will no longer have releastic vehicles, clothing, equipment, weapons, etc. Anything that is trademarked has to go and everything once again has to be deuflt from gta 5, is that true?
Remains to be seen. It's nothing I'm personally a part of or privy to, I'm just here to roleplay and focus on developing my fellow roleplayers abilities and stories. :-)

Mobile Command Center (opens possibilities for multiple scene commanders)
