How to Set Live Wallpaper in Windows 10/11 PC

There is no native way to use live wallpapers in Windows 10 and 11. You have to use third-party application for applying live wallpaper on a Windows PC. In this video, we use a free and open-source app called Lively Wallpaper from Microsoft Store. Using this application you can set a video, GIF, or even CZcams video as your desktop wallpaper.

Maybe try to change the title of the video into some quote, that's also a good solution 😅
