Hi there. Good video. However, for me its only bringing chat headers with no content.
I saw on another video that it's best to factory reset the phone first.
Do you think this will make a difference?

Hi. This video is correct. However, the cable is definitely needed. It's the only way I have found to do it. No wireless option.
I just bought a cheap usb-c to lightning cable from Amazon for £3 GBP and it worked no problem. All messages transferred with content.
