@@Iam_Amankapil hold the right earbud at the centre for some time then when you hear the sound of 'gaming mode 'that means it was in music mode and same for gaming to music mode and another difference is in gaming mode their will be less delay than music mode and the sound quality will improve but it will drain a lot of battery . Their is no way to distinguish between modes by just looking at it . And remember don't hold the sensor for continuous long or it will turn off. At starting it is hard but u will get used to after 1 mon

I bought it from Amazon and received 4 days ago when opening the case both buds show red and green but from yesterday only one bud show light until they were conducted to phone so is there any problem in buds or it is normal. Hi Ansh Singh, When we will put buds in charging case for charging then it will show red light and when it gets full charged then light of buds get stops.
Another method is that you can check the battery Percentage of buds by connecting it with mobile and in BT option it will show its battery Percentage.

I like all the features of the ptron jade ear buds but the bass is too high and unpleasent sometimes, the lights on the buds and the holder should have options for on and off so it consumes less power.

Nice product. Just wanted to know that how to know about the case charged or not and same for the buds. I kept my buds in the case for changing but the light of the case turned off without the buds having full charged.

The Red light from the case blinks as an indicator while charging the charging case and as the case gets full charged the light stops blinking and gets steady.

These are great. The amazon parcel was delivered today. Only one major issue is that the LED on the buds keep glowing forever. Kinda looks 'chapri'. If I wear these during travel, other passengers will definitely get irritated.

After use when we put back earbuds green light continue how to turn off that light
Hi Mahadev Tagad, When you put the buds in the charging case and close the cap of the charging case, the buds start charging, and so the green light remains on at that time, which shows that the buds are charging. As the buds get completely 100% charged, the green light will automatically go off.

When Game mode will get ON then you will listen voice - Game Mode from buds and similarly when Music mode will get ON then you will listen voice - Music Mode from buds. NOTE :- Music mode will be in default.

1. Power ON both left & right earbuds then both will flash Blue & Red light alternatively.
2. With in-15sec both L & R earbuds will pair (match ) to each other then only one earbud will flash Blue & red light alternatively.
3. Now Turn ON the Bluetooth of your device & search "Ptron BassBuds"
5. Get it connected with your phone & both L & R earpiece will work together. You can enjoy with your music by following these steps. Thanks for reaching us.

Calling and sending voice quality is very good in indoor and in outdoor in extreamly noisy area it's also quite good. But for high end gaming very little lag.
