Right. That one is obvious. You don't need to tune an engine for suspension. Now you can tune your suspension setup, stiffness and all that for your engine and mods. That part is important.
On the "Don't Need to Know" list I would add is Active Air Charge cooling. I've been tuning Mass Air engines since the early 90's. Fords, GM's, MOPAR... it's all the same when it comes to Mass Air metered cars. The EEC/PCM/ECM whatever the hell you want to call it, monitor's Air Temps and Coolant temps then adjusts appropriately. Some applications even have a Manifold Air Temp sensor in addition to an IAT. Tuning AROUND air temps because you're actively cooling it( be it Water/Meth injection or inter-cooling) is a fruitless exercise and can be dangerous to your engine in a Water/Meth application(you run out of Juice, your screwed). Let the sensors and the Computer do their damn job.
On the E85 vs 91 topic (LNF) im tuned on E47.........I ran into a situation where I wasnt going to make it to my local E85 station as I only have 2 local in my area. I added 3 gallons of 91 E10 to drive 15 miles in heavy traffic. I do have an Areoforce gauge and monitor long trims always. Well my stupid ass needed pass power with -10.3 LT and oh man it wasnt happy. Got to my E85 station and filled up proper levels to my normal safe +2.3 LT. Its the first and only time i will make that mistake. Good video! I now keep my HP tuners with me incase i run into a situation like that again i can just flash a 91 tune in.
I don’t know if I simply missed a live segment where my question was already answered, BUT can we please know why the full supercharger kit is and has been out of stock for purchase for sooo long? Some of us have the n/a that has sentimental value and don’t WANT to give up our cars or simply just buy an already factory supercharged version. As soon as I had the money they weren’t available… what’s the deal here?
So I have a question? What's wrong when the car all of a sudden says power steering and low fuel and won't start up again? I changed the starter, and now it only starts for 5 seconds and shuts off, and I'll repeat starting it. It will start shut off start and shut off. Do yall know what that could be?
Without having the vehicle in front of us, it's hard to say, however it sounds like you may have an issue with the fuel pump or a grounding issue. We would recommend getting a mechanical fuel pressure gauge on the rail to see what type of pressure you have at startup and idle before it dies.
Most states don’t use 93 so I’ve never understood you guys pushing 93 when the majority of the country doesn’t even have the option of 93 here in Arizona we only have 87 89 91 in most of the country we only have 91. This was good info vibes 😂.
Not quite true. The western side of the US mainly uses 91 octane, while 93 octane is fairly common in the eastern half. So we push it because it’s that much better. We have a lot of Texas customers who only use 93 as well. I’m sorry it’s not common where you are
Oh my goodness the tune for coilovers

Thats the most important one lol

Again great video Ryan and Al! …. So your saying if I change my antenna it won’t effect my maf sensor frequency?😜😜😜
🤣🤣
Been working with Al and my setup. Very nice guy. Highly recommend
Tune for larger thoutel bodys
If you have a larger throttle body, then its a must to retune it.
Don’t need to tune for different/adding an intercooler either
You don’t need a retune
awesome that’s good to know thank you

The great thing about the LNF is that it's a closed loop wideband car, so you can do things like that and it'll self adjust with accuracy.
Where do you buy all these mods for the colbot
Right on our website, ZZPerformance.com!
Why do all the Challengers come out to play while im trying to tune my low / mid range lol so true
What about LE5s lol
awe, no honorable mention of the no tune e85 swap :(

What year
Go find one in a junk yard. They're not too hard to find used. The intake manifolds are all cross compatible. Do you have a 2.2 or a 2.4?
Apologies, I didn’t even state what I have, 2003 3800II
Are you guys coming out to import face off at byron dragway in Illinois?
I don't believe so, but we'll be at Street Car Takeover Indy in late September.

No one mentioned the 70's porno background music?
Probably because everybody's listening to them talk not listening to the music?

Well at least in the States you can get E85, we cant up in ontario. 94 is pretty easy to find tho so thats a plus i guess.
