Why we use non depolarising and depolarising drug...both are same action...both are used for muscle relaxation...why we use this two? One is enough for action... please anybody explain please...
It depends on clinical setting. Most of the times non-depolarizing NMB are used, but when relaxation is required for short period and side of non-depolarizing drugs such as tachycardia are not tolerated, then depolarizing drugs are used.
