  • Biffy Clyro are a Scottish rock band that formed in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire comprising Simon Neil (guitar, lead vocals), James Johnston (bass, vocals) and Ben Johnston (drums, vocals). They have released six studio albums, this song appears on their sixth album, Opposites.

    Definitely one of the highlights off the album for me.... great to see them play this live!

    Biffy Clyde were a big influence on me. My favourite thing is how they could take the strangest musical ideas and somehow make them work and sound smooth and natural. A rare gift. There are lots of prog bands who do weird stuff but it usually stands out and is jarring but Biffy seem to be able to take something truly odd like 5/4 or 15/16 and somehow make it so smooth you don't even notice it unless you are paying attention.

    Great, You can see why they don't play it live, he hasn't gotten used to playing thje guitar parts over some of the vocal, it's always hard to get used to when there's off timings like this song!
