Thank you!! Your video is most informative to a novice bike rider/owner. This video led me to fix my own bike and was easy to understand with great footage to see!! You are the best-I can't thank you enough
Extremely informative, man. Many many thanks. Just wanted to brush up on the full process before working on my bike tomorrow and this was very informative, mainly in info on the cable positioning. Great video.
I heard a crack noise on the trottle when installing my new hot grips, they were too tight and I pushed very very hard, is it broken? everything works fine, but I don't know... should I open and see? I just heard the crack noise, but everything seems to work properly... I have also a kawasaky versys 650 year 2020.
@@bikerbakertravels what do you mean? I don't speak english very well Thanks for your video by the way! Is it anything serious? everything works fine but the crack noise was very terryfiing to me, I thought i broke everything but I doesn't seem to break anything
@@bikerbakertravels Thank you!! I bought some guards and a new turn signal lights so everytime the bike falls it will not break anymore the cowling because of the OEM turn signal lights! you and your friend helped me a lot with your video of the versys!
I needed this video! I replaced the handlebars the other day and I must have re-installed the throttle incorrectly. There is a massive amount of play. I'm going to re-open the assembly and make sure I placed the cable correctly, then I will adjust the cables to remove the slack. Here is a short video of my problem: czcams.com/video/N_Yj7In8EEk/video.html
@@bikerbakertravels I did not. I believed the slack would remain the same as it was before I replaced the handlebars. The adjuster on the assembly was already far out. It looked like I may not have much more adjustment left. I have a 2020 Vulcan S. I will look at it a few hours from now. I will post an update.
congratulations, you just lubed the first 4-5cm of your 1.5m long throttle cable. And No, the lube will NOT "work his way out" to the other side of the cable.
You saved my life man. I was having such a hard time with this. You made it super simple and easy to understand. THANK YOU!
Glad it helped. Ride safe

Great video!
Thank you Vivek Bhai!
Thank you.
👌👌👍
👍🏻
When I tighten the housing it makes the throttle pull back more slowly. Do you have an idea what’s going on?
Check if the grip is touching the bar end weight.?

Must be the lock point fitting into the groove on the handle.

Nothing to worry. Just the lock fixed in the right place.

what did you put on cable clutch? is it oil?
Yes . Coconut oil. As it is not too viscous and lubricates well.

Hey. Man ,
Well i have done this and seen the oil reach the bottom..
If you wish to you can try it out as well you will be pleasantly surprised.
Hindi nilulubricate ang trotelle cable.. Papasok yung oil sa gasolina. Masisira makina mo.
