भाई मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूं मैं पिछले 4 सालों से फ्लिपकार्ट से सामान खरीद ता हूं पहले से अब फ्लिपकार्ट पर सामान को रिटर्न करना बहुत ही मुश्किल काम हो चुका है क्योंकि पहली बात तो जल्दी रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट को फ्लिपकार्ट वाले नहीं एक्सेप्ट करते हैं और करते भी हैं तो बहुत ही अच्छे तरीके से सामान को जांच करके तभी लेकर जाते हैं तो इसलिए यह समस्या तो आपके वेयरहाउस से ही होती है कस्टमर ऐसा कभी नहीं कर पाएगा क्योंकि जो प्रोडक्ट को रिसीव करने आते हैं वह अच्छे तरीके से उसको देखकर तभी लेकर जाते हैं और दूसरी बात यह है की एक टीम आती है जो कि आपके सामान को देखती है कि वाकई में वह खराब है कि नहीं हालांकि मैं मानता हूं कि एक-दो सामान में ऐसा हो जाता है कि कस्टमर रिटर्न में कुछ दिक्कत होती है लेकिन अधिकतर सामान आपके वेयरहाउस से ही चोरी होती है

But flipkart has terms and conditions in which people can return products within given return date if they don't like the product in person.. So every seller in flipkart has to accept those conditions unless you implement no return policy..

Most of the time, fake return delivery is done by ekart and flopkart agreed with it. But flopkart can't take any action against ekart...because both companies owed by same person

Brother मैंने Woodland की website से shoes मंगाया था, damaged product होने पर company ने Delhivery courier से product Return pickup kera लिया, और अब company ने हमारा refund रोक लिया, current status our केस pending in NCH
90% shoes and sunglasses are duplicate or copy.... So never buy these thing from any marketplace.... specially from flopkart.com
