Hi, good video. I also have a C6 LS3 Z51. The cracks on the clutch housing come from the mold when casting aluminum. The engine oil usually comes from the side screws of the crankshaft bearings, not necessarily from the oil pan seal. Greetings from Germany ;)

how in the world does it take yuou 3 days to swap out the stock shocks and replace with coilovers?!
My Z51 C6 M6 has a built-in engine oil cooler and transmission cooler in the same radiator. I had to replace the radiator today. It was a pain in the ass job. Now I know why, It runs so cool.
If this is a z51, I would just buy a new aluminum radiator that comes with both tranny and oil cooler. Stock radiators crack eventually. If this is a base you can still do the same. You’ll just have to buy new oem oil lines(can be found on rockauto). You over engineered a bracket for a bad location with that oil cooler.
You actually made the job harder yourself for not putting it in the normal spots it’s supposed to go smh 🤦🏽♂️

Harmonic balancer is a chronic issue on the LS engine

Instead of an oil cooler why not get an oil catch can ?? 🤦🏽♂️
Those do different things and an oil catch can is only needed on a direct injection motor, which this isn’t. 🤦♂️
