Nowadays people are afraid of losing their jobs for their opinions, being harassed online, doxed and having one’s whole life upended. There is no safe space for honest conversations and therefore no way to grow and seek understanding. Empathy is at an all time low.
My husband and I visited New York City almost a year ago. We live in Florida, I’m a native New Yorker born and raised in Brooklyn but it was my husband’s first time there it was his childhood dream to go to NY and walk across the Brooklyn bridge on the week of his birthday. I was so happy that he got to do that, we had a blast. We stayed at the Hotel Beacon on Broadway and to our surprise our hotel had its own theatre where Trevor Noah was live for that weekend and we were both shocked and happy because we are huge fans of Trevor and we were so excited to buy the tickets and attend. We were blessed as Trevor became our “fine dining date night”that we had planned on our second honeymoon/ birthday vacation NY itinerary. This was better than the fine dining idea for sure. 😮😊 He incorporates his knowledge and wisdom into comedy and allows you to laugh and learn at the same time. Amazing.❤God bless you Noah.
Facts!!! People have said that i like to "argue".... And i say no, im just going to speak on difficult issues. If it feels like an argument or a conflict to someone....so be it. You cannot fix a problem if you will not talk about it
