I had a very strong feeling that that purple lipstick Gloria wore was the cause of her dizziness and hallucinations, especially considering how intent both the husband and nurse seemed on her wearing that particular lipstick. It was drugged! No wonder! I’ve also a feeling that Angel never truly loved Gloria; he was just using her to get her house and money! Hope he and Mary spend a long, miserable time in prison!

Hospitals, clinics and pharmacies keep a careful track of the medicines they have in stock and take a daily inventory of them, as well as any staff who visit the medicine storage. When they're prescribed, a record is always kept of how they were used and to whom they were given. The doctor here noticed that a certain drug had gone missing from the clinic's inventory without a record and Gloria had been suffering symptoms similar to the drug's effects. When Gloria told the doctor about Mary's affair with her husband, the doctor also remembered that Mary visited the medicine room the day the drug went missing. Putting these together, the doctor realized what really happened.
The husband didn't love his wife anymore he should have divorce her not send her to a mad house! That's cruel!
He wanted Jessica gone regardless. Angel knew she had evidence of his affairs with Mary and had the prenup on her side. If he were to divorce Jessica, he would've been left with nothing because the judge would've made him pay alimony and order him move out of her home. Being broke, Mary would've left Angel for the next man.
Nothing hurts more than being disappointed by someone you thought would never hurt you!!
The truth always comes out in the end no matter how hard anyone tries to hide it or stop it!!

He wanted all the money and the house! if it was found out he was cheating she would get the money and the house! He and his young lover would of been penniless! And of course his young lover would have quickly left him!
I don't get how the guy and the nurse can trust EACH OTHER. Even if they had gotten away with their plot the fact that both of them are the kind of people capable of such betrayal, its only a matter of time before they betray each other.
It's so true! They are both heartless and dishonest, so it would be only a matter of time before they destroy each other.
Except Mary's boss in the insane asylum, Alex, suspected the truth and she was stealing the drugs to help Angel ruin Jessica's life. Hence, he outwitted the two by convincing them to come back to the office under the guise that she was insane. When the two came, the cops handcuffed both Angel and Mary. She accused Alex for ruining everything for them, but he tells her off that she violated her Hippocratic oath to help others in need and that he knew of her affair with him. Hence, Mary's license as a nurse is terminated and she will be in jail for a long time. Alex then confronts Angel, asking him why he didn't simply tell Jessica the truth about him not in love with her and divorce her amicably. He confessed that she found out about the affair with Mary and had evidence of his wrongdoings. Angel mentions if they divorced, he would've lost everything to Jessica because of their prenup arrangement involving cheating. This meant, he'd have to pay alimony to her for the affair, move out and find a job. Jessica tells Angel off that he will go to jail for what he did to her and she will testify against her. She tells the cops to take him and Mary away to prison.
At least karma got her husband and his lover punished. Serves them right.

I always hear stories of how people would find elaborate ways to hide their infidelity instead of coming clean and coming into terms with it. The saying that goes "eventually the truth will be revealed as the light will shines bright". And the only thing you will get out of this is losing all respect and reputation that you had along with your freedom. Be honest and just tell the truth instead of hiding it and paying a heavy price for it.
Oh how wonderful! Angel and Mary are going on that romantic vacation that they were dreaming of.... a long extended vacation away from the so-called crazy wife. It would be a shame for them to receive real bruises everywhere from their fellow inmates

The nurse, shouldn't be nurse, and as she's most to end up with a criminal record, I would hope that no decent man would take her on even a single date, married or otherwise.
