Just want to say thanks!! I managed to swap out the regulator myself after watching your video, I am absolutely useless at DIY stuff, so kudos to your video for being really good that even I managed it. Rather pleased with myself for a change. 👍👏
Es ist sinnvoll sich den Stand der Scheibe zu markieren. Ich habe mit dem Edding angezeichnet, wo die Scheibe in etwa war, das erleichtert nachher die Einstellarbeiten beim Scheiben Einbau. Ebenfalls darauf achten, dass der Schienengleiter nicht aus seiner Position springt. Der ist unten nur in ein klenes Loch gesteckt. Also vor Wiedereinbau kontrolieren, dass beide Gleitschienen an ihrem Platz sind.

Those are rivit your gonna need a rivit gun or just put a screw in it
How did you lower the window? Heard in the background that you used the electric instrument but what/where exactly did you spin there?
If anyone else has this problem just plug the window switch back into the door panel and use it like normal.

First - remove window's motor, next - with our hands we press on the glass - it down
