    # In green chatni (Green pest) I would like to add two more things that is, "Mint Leaves" and little bit "Ginger".
    # Try lemon and pink salt on fried green chili's it will be more tasty and less spicy.
    # Instead of adding soda or baking soda, I would suggest that prepare besan pest ten-fifteen minutes before.
    # Try Tatly's green tea, you will definitely love it ( lemon and honey flavor 🍵 is the good one) or try "Tulsi flavor tea" from "organic India"foods.

Same thing happens when we cook vada pav at home… entire family unites in kitchen 😂😂😂 and checks if vada is ready or not just to grab it hot immediately😅😅
One note: take ginger garlic green chilli coriander leaves and 2-3 mint leaves and make paste of it. Put this paste in hot oil once mustard seeds pop out and then add curry leaves and turmeric powder and salt. Once paste is cooked you have to put potatoes and at the end put fresh fine chopped coriander leaves. Always avoid potatoes which are sweet. Use red potatoes they taste better.
For batter use chickpeas powder + 10% refined wheat floor + 10% rice floor + 10% corn floor. This makes vada crispy.
And again you get 2 types of Paav. One is sweet and other is normal paav which is not sweet.
Use the one which is not sweet.
Video was superb ❤❤❤❤ enjoyed a lot. It reminds me of my childhood days 😂😂

Hey Kudos! guys, The wada surely looked good and authentic but main ingredient in Batata Wada is garlic, ginger, chili, coriander, curry leaves. If the garlic cloves are 10 to 15 then 40% their size would be ginger and chilis could be at least 5-6 for this much quantity. But my my, in spite of no base in Indian cooking you surely made a very good try... Simply enjoyed watching your efforts...

I am now 60 yrs old and absolutely love Batata Vada since childhood. In fact since I was 5 yrs old, for my birthday I e. For the last 55 years, my birthday meal has been home made batata Vada and home made Shrikhand (another Maharashtrian delicacy). Without batata Vada my birthday celebrations not complete at all.
However, at home when we make batata Vada we donot eat Pav. It is only Batata Vada with spicy fried green chillies and followed by some small portion of sweet

It's amazing to see foreigners making vada pav so well! Vada pav is a popular Indian street food, consisting of a spicy potato fritter (vada) served in a bun (pav) with various chutneys. The skill involved in perfectly frying the vada, balancing the spices, and making soft pav is impressive. It's great to see how food can transcend cultural boundaries and bring joy to people from different backgrounds.

And the food is so delicious, we just can’t help it but try and make it ourselves, might not taste/look like it should, but we’re learning.

You can also make Potatoe, onion, boiled egg, spinach and many other types of fritters with the same batter. Hot fritters are usually enjoyed with a cup of hot tea especially in winters and monsoons. You can also put them in a pav and enjoy it if you wish but usually it is eaten without pav.

Appreciated....keep it up...i like vadapao, it is my favorite all the time...🙏👌👌👌😋😋
