Hi need help for one thing , I have all the experience and reliving letter of previous company, I have mention same date on TCS application form also but in PF portal one company Exit date is backdated , it’s not overlapping with other company but that date is different, so any issue occurs while on boarding time?
my Doj is july 10th, till now I did not get any welcome onboarding mail...saturday amd sunday to off hota hai

Just due to some projects and client requirements some candidates are not getting onboarding.
So just you need to check with your HR recruiter why your onboarding is delayed . Okay

So if you can look for better opportunity you should. i left my last job and now they postponed my joining and i am sitting at home without job.

Sir I don't have a UAN card BCOZ my UAN Account is inactive due to my details like AADHAR and name are not correct I have sent a joint declaration for that to my previous employer and when I raised the same issue to my HR and OBM my OBM said I will need to have a upper management approval before onboraded which my HR thankfully did .so do you think there will still be an issue to get onboraded my DOJ is 10th July

Sir all my process was completed using the nextstep portal as im a fresher and that was a campus recruitment. But few days back i got an email to register myself in the ibegin portal i contacted my hr but she didnt replied... i am having no work experience but as i was told to register in that portal and send all my documents i did that. But i domt know why was i told to do that.
Can you please explain me that....
Please check with HR , if you have already registered with the next steps portal and again you are going to register on the ibegin portal then your profile may show like a duplicate profile.
So before registering on ibegin portal confirm with you hr recruiter .

After a document uploaded by you bgc will be initiated.
And when the bgc team needs any documents or anything needed they will connect with you.

Adhar card and Pan card okay but try to make a driving licence . And passport is mandatory for who is going to joi the tcs.

Hello Sir, I got my offer letter on 31st of March, I will be joining as senior process associate with 4.2yrs of experience. I have given commitment that I can join on 12 of june as I was serving notice period in last organisation. After repeated follow ups with my HR when nothing was updated in ibegin, she said on 23rd of May that my joining will be in July'23 for sure. But again when the status in ibegin portal was showing "BGC initiated" sent several emails and called on 11th July, she said that she cannot give commitment now, later again she said to give 10days time. I need to know if offer letter is valid only for 120 days then what if they give onboarding after 120days? What do i need to do now?

The HR told me to wait for 10 more days. I am jobless since June after got released from last company don't know what is happening, how I'm going to survive without pay and who's going to fill this gap 😔 as I'm having already gap years! This is giving nightmares

I think you have submitted your form so that you are unable to upload any document now , you can share your documents with your recruiter, and inform about it to the hr

If I don't have any gap more than 1 or 6 month so in this case still I need to submit gap certificate or no need if no gap.
