When I discovered what coursera was, I started looking through the list of courses hoping to find a course related to music and got upset at the fact that there was no course related to musicproduction.
And 5 minutes ago I was once again looking through the renewed list with the same hope. And I found it! Im happy now! Thank you cousera! Im looking forward to it.

Audacity should be good enough. If not, most of the popular DAWS has either limited versions or free demo that can last 30 days. Just uninstall and reinstall before those demo expires.
