I think so, with the light control - def a different approach :)

Haha I mean sure, but also do you know of any other light controlled modulation sources in a small pedal friendly box?

@@Duskmos no, i don't. But i'm asking myself whether an lfo needs to be controlled by light. Or better yet, if the light control is a feature at all. A smooth random cv plus a couple of vca's would do the same, more or less. Or - to keep it simple - a proper lfo pedal/module with some more controls. Not meant as an attack on your presentation. Just my view on this.

@@averagepainter Totally understandable! It's a unique device that may or may not be for everyone. I think it's pretty cool, but I get it. I'd be curious if there are any alternatives in the pedal space, obviously in the eurorack world there are lots of modules that can do this kind of thing, but as a standalone box for pedal/hw users, def a unique option here.

@@Duskmos el garatje offers a really cool expression lfo thing with a 10 second record/ repeat function. there is also the copilot fx broadcast which is just an expression lfo with tap tempo.
i have both of these products. there is alot of overlap between those devices and this one. the price tag is a bit daunting on the left brain at first
