Cryptos Increased EMP range is actually bad lol. Makes it way harder to use and theres definitely no adjustment on the stun time. Probably the least thought out perks are on Crypto. Both purple perks for him are bad.

Increasing EMP radius could actually be considered a nerf. It increases the time you have to spend flying away from yourself if you're trying to EMP aggressively.
If you're just trying to farm damage in zone it's fine, but bigger EMP is inherently less flexible

I usually tank through my emps anyways so I don't mind it at all. A 50% increase to scan radius makes it worth it
That triple smart bullet length on ballistic actually makes a lot more sense than what I first thought how it worked. You can kinda use it in the same way fuse tactical works

35:48 with rampart amp covers you reload faster with any weapon not just sheila so if it works for teammates it's pretty strong, you should've showcased the difference. The reload time is actually really fast it's like having ballistic ult fast reload. If you know how to play with your walls it's actually an insane perk
i think perk is only work for own legend only.. like bangalore healing inside the smoke.. team not benefit from it.. correct me if im wrong

As for saying this is like how Wraith was with a "faster" wind up, it isnt even close to being faster than how it was years ago. It's faster...but not by much honestly.
Vantage's Q allows roller players to do a mini tap strafe with her double jump, Octane's red pad is basically that but on crack.
Hey, love the video! I just wanted to let you know that I was watching a bobz video and he seems to have used a lot of your footage from this video. His video is title "27 Things To Know Before Season 20!".
I initially noticed because the video he used of the fiery mad maggy ball reminded me of your video. Then sure enough, I checked and it was the same. You can even see the SOaR_Dazs watermark in the bobz vid. He seems to use a lot of clips from your video just really zoomed in so it's difficult to tell the original source.

Honestly, I love the baby bubble.
I think for the first ability I would choose the shotgun because I used Gibraltar as a front liner, Newcastle is way better if you're wanting to be some type of protector because he doesn't have the movement penalty that Gibraltar does and once your bubble is up, everyone's pushing you anyways.
With the baby bubble you defend it more effectively and they have to get a lot closer before they can start doing damage to you while you are rezing.
So the increased health on rez mixed with baby bubble seems like a hell of a play.
Wait does caustic gas area increase for tactical as well, or just ult?
Do we know if Wattson’s Pylon is healing health like the leaks suggested? Or has that been scrapped?
I can’t imagine they’d add it in as a buff to Wattson, surely it had to be a benefit from one of her perks.

actually I wouldn't discount Rampart's amped reload ability, it's equivalent to the reload speed boost given by Balistic's ultimate. we're talking about a key feature of somebody's ult tacked onto a tactical with multiple charges. it's definitely going to make her walls more useful for teams who like using them. 👍

19:16 What does "calling out" mean? Is it like a satellite beacon ping? Is it all squads on the map or just in 200m area? It it like ashe deathbox passive? Or is it more general like a mirage bamboozle in the "general area"? Or is it not a ping at all; does the character just speak about nearby teams? There has not been one content creator so far to show off this ability so far or explain it in detail. Rev also has it too but it's slightly more vague in his description.
It's similar to Crypto's banner ping. The character says a voiceline that tells you how many enemy squads are in the area
@@Soundaholic92 Wow that's dogshit. So instead of just pinging a banner (takes literally 2 seconds) he now just says it when he throws a drone? How on earth is that even comparable to the EMP upgrade LOL.
@@clickbait9125 some maps/POIs don't have banners, and you don't have to go into drone view to activate it. If you're in combat, you won't necessarily have the time to check and by the time 2 more squads roll up it'll already be too late to bail

i think lifeline's first upgrade should have you choose between faster revive speed, or her drone gets her revive shield (but she can only res 1 teammate at a time)

The emp rang is a negative. You want to push off the damage of the emp. The increase range makes it so you have to stand farther back to not get hit by it. Give opponents more time to pop a batter

Did not work, most have to be done by players. I tried prior. Even with Arc stars did not work with me throwing me for example as Wattson.

Can’t believe they did nothing at all to make Newcastle fun. He needed something like Killer Handling. Protection from 15 more bullets on the mobile shield while getting team shot and fuse tac’d is nothing. He is Crypto now. I was excited for the new season but now that my main has been left in the dust like idek. I’m hoping I get in the mood to play a different character but I don’t see that rn. I was excited for Newcastle to be electrified. Why didn’t they do anything for him? I don’t understand. His pick rate was already garbage. Now it’ll be worse just watch the #’s next season.
as a newcastle main for ranked, i really like what they did with him, his shield isnt a paper wall anymore, and he can gold knock rez a teamate to basically full hp. the electric stun on the ult for 2 minutes is insane especially if you have it late game and people try and push you through it. the shield sprint speed couldve totally been something better tho in my opinion
All the CZcamsrs and streamers are like “okay wow this is great for Newcastle” and then never use him at all, everyone is so full of crap it’s insane. Lmao and then all the rookie-platinum players come comment and pretend they have any idea about game balancing. That’s the majority of commenters by far, as it’s the majority of players. If you’ve ever watched nicewigg, in his review of the perk changes he was wigging out (pardon the pun) over the Newcastle buffs. He did say they weren’t flashy changes, but super powerful ones.

He’s keeps saying “percent” and “seconds” interchangeably, they’re not interchangeable.
The notes for the skill tree are listed different, if I read it outloud incorrectly it was a mistake.
Example: Horizon and catalyst ultimate are percentage based
For others like loba and lifeline its based on seconds.
I do hover over each of them so you can see the abilities. :)
@@Dazs ngl I almost died when you said Mirage had a 30 seconds reduced cooldown for his ult. That would put it in Q range and the whole map would be swarming with fake mirages the whole match

Think did solid job, I do wish had someone. Our play session time was limited. We also don't get notes to work off of. We just go in and play most of the time and hope we figured it all out lol. (Patch notes are never finalized at this point). But with 26 legends (Watch me get that number wrong). 39 minutes is not half bad.
