WWII Vintage Graphotype Dog Tag Machine: Can we fix it?

Here's something a little different for you. We get our hands on a 1940's World War II vintage dog tag machine. This machine was left behind in one of our office spaces by a previous tenant. We fixed it sometime in early 2000's and used it to tag our USB storage devices. When that stopped, we let the machine sit and we all know what happens when you let machines sit.
